Guaranteed Rent Payments
With this guarantee, you are covered against the risk of not obtaining the rent necessary to complete your income or to ensure your mortgage repayments.
Outstanding rent payments, overheads/charges, tax payments, repossession and legal costs, trial fees including evicition. This rental guarantee covers you up to €80 000 of arrears per claim, without franchise.
In addition, in the event of damage being caused by your tenants, you can receive repayments of up to €8 000 € per claim. (ask for “property damage guarantee” option)
