Block Selling
AD VALOREM advises large French and foreign property owners on selling or purchasing residential, business or retail assets. AD VALOREM offers a wide range of services, ranging from the transfer of a single asset to the selling of a whole portfolio, which may include outsourcing or evaluating property tax. The asset management strategy is to value the asset, organise the sale by mutual agreement or by an invitation to tender, management of data room and due diligence report, assistance until the signing of the contract.
