What is RICS ?
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) was founded in the UK in 1868. Its members offer the best advice on property, construction, real estate expertise and environmental issues, all over the world.
It is recognised for maintaining and regulating high professional and ethical standards in these domains. It provides impartial Real Estate advice to its members, governments and multi-national companies.
RICS' members are known as Chartered Surveyors and can be recognised by the abbreviations MRICS (Member of RICS) or FRICS (Follow of RICS) following their name.
